Only a one hour drive from central Stockholm, this architect-designed villa and guesthouse offer a unique access to the outer archipelago with its fantastic nature.

​

The houses are situated on a secluded countryside hill only 30 m from the sea.

It´s own swim waters, jetty and sauna. A little Island with cliffs for fishing and swimming.

 

The villa sleeps 7 and is fully equipped with all necessities. Modern kitchen with large gas cooker, oven,fridge and dishwasher. A laundry with washing machine, sink and drying rack. Wifi, stereo and smart TV. The livingroom is spacious, bright and has a fireplace as well as an air conditioner. All bedrooms have sea view. The bathroom has shower/bathtub/basin/toilet. The toilet has an ordinary WC seat with an large environmental central unit in the basement.  Around the house are three sheltered terraces for morning, afternoon and evening sun. There are big lawns for games like badminton or football.

The guesthouse sleeps 4. It has a large open living room with a cast iron fireplace, sofa, stereo and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range cooker and fridge/freezer. Two cabin bedrooms both with bunk beds. Radiators in all rooms. Bathroom with window, shower, basin and electric incinerating toilet.

You will have full access to the private jetty and sauna. There will be a rowing boat for use end of March to end of Oktober.

Each house has a folder with a "how to" manual in English. It includes important phone numbers, instructions as well as info about the neighbourhood. Places to eat, drink, do sports, shop groceries, fleamarkets and more.

Access by car or boat. Private parking right outside the house. There are daily buses from Stockholm to Trosa as well as hourly trains to the near by town Vagnhärad, a meer 15 minutes drive.

​

Käftudden is beautifully surrounded by many different types of nature. The wildlife is very rich, different types of Deers are very common, mooses, wildboars and eagles can also be seen. Be extra careful driving early mornings and late evenings.

Please respect it. The smaller islands have nesting birds. Campfires are strictly forbidden.

If you are in to sport, golf and tennis is 15 minutes away by car.

The pictoresque town of Trosa is 15 minutes away, with all its charm, cafe´s, restaurants and beautiful harbor. Two big supermarkets and liquer store. On Thursday evenings in the summer, a famous vintage car show is held on the harbor streets. A treat for the whole family.
